Coaching for Businesses and Organisations

The principles which underpin our performance on the golf course are universal.

They work in the same way whether you are playing golf, at work, at home with your family or participating in another pastime or hobby.

A number of my golf coaching clients have seen the implications of their new understanding play out in their business and personal lives as a result of seeing the world and themselves in a different way, as the testimonial below describes.

I have spent some time recently talking to Ken Manning and Robin Charbit at Insight Principles, learning about the way they introduce these principles to businesses and organisations all over the world.

Their aim is to help improve performance and wellbeing and make work a more fulfilling and enjoyable experience.

Many business people play golf. Indeed the corporate golf world is a multi million pound industry in itself.

The implications for a salesman or an executive of not understanding where the feelings of pressure come from are no different than for a golfer.

Stress, anxiety and reduced levels of performance are the likely results.

If you run a business or department and would like to improve your golf, and at the same time understand how you can improve teamwork, leadership, creativity and performance at work, then please get in touch via the Contacts page.

” Just a quick note to let you know that the session on wedges paid off! I was a heck of a lot more accurate and felt no stress – (I was actually looking forward to hitting the wedge) and that contributed to me and my partner beating the favorites for the pairs knockout yesterday one up.

Lots of shocked faces all round 🙂

In addition I was in two bunkers and got out onto the green twice – one for a par save.

The real update though is that I was talking to my wife about “stuff” yesterday and she said that since I have been seeing you my energy and enthusiasm for work and life in general has taken a marked upturn.

So, getting out of bunkers is really just a happy side effect of all this. Have a great week and I’ll be in touch with some suitable dates for the next session in a few days.”
